Hendrix Precision Maintenance Services (HPMS) Public Class Cancellation Policy

HPMS reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrolment and will notify all registered students a minimum of two weeks prior to the class start date. HPMS will refund the full amount of any paid registrations to those affected by the cancellation.

HPMS reserves the right to cancel a class anytime due to an act of God or events beyond our control. HPMS will refund the full amount of any paid registrations to those affected by the cancellation.

HPMS is not responsible for any fees associated with customer travel cancellations, or other planning costs associated with the cancellation of a class.

Customer/Student Cancelations

The Customer/Student reserves the right to cancel their registration for any reason. The following table shows refund policy for cancellation within certain timeframes:

Cancellation 14+ days prior to class date Full Refund
Cancellation 8-13 days prior to class date 50% Refund
Cancellation 7 days or less prior to class date Non Refundable
