| Alignment Training
Using our simulators and demonstrators, we have trained thousands of craftsmen worldwide. The skills our founders developed in Champion and IP 20+ years ago are now considered best practices for effective maintenance and construction in our partner facilities though-out America. At Hendrix Precision Maintenance Training, we continuously seek to improve our precision curriculum, refine our hands-on simulators and demonstrators to clearly show the common mistakes that decrease reliability and asset life.
Our onsite, hands-on Laser Alignment Training classes are 2-days in duration. We typically conduct two, 2-day classes (back-to-back) for up to 8 students per class (we can discuss this model if you are considering only one class). We bring and use our running Skills 1 Precision Maintenance Training Simulators and our Millwright instructor, who has years and years of Field Laser Alignment experience. The customer provides the lasers. We are familiar with all major brands.
Unlike laser company trainers who have little if any field experience on actual plant equipment, nor understand the real-life problems older plant equipment presents, all of which can be duplicated on our units, our instructor will be able to relate better and pass on years of field experience that lasts.
Additionally, our instructor can actually run out units after each alignment exercise and see the results in critical vibration and energy consumption reduction.
Schedule of Training: typically, two two-day classes (conducted back-to-back in the same week).
Class size of up to 8 (3-4 simulator training stations).
Hendrix can supply lasers (additional charge)

Including, the supporting Metrics, written individual job responsibilities and how this improvement work is to move forward. All to insure you get dramatic results and a sustainable reliability culture.
