Hendirx is a Reliabilty Partner with ReliabilityWeb. We value and subscribe to the collaborative community of practice (CoP) known as the Reliability Leadership Institute® which is comprised of asset owners and operators, engineering consulting firms and solution providers whose mission is to advance reliability and asset management in a manner that enhances safety, environmental performance and economic results in tangible ways.
The foundation for this collaboration is through the Uptime® Elements methodology. Practitioners who are advancing reliability and asset management using the Uptime Elements framework do so to speak the same language, share the same values and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Hendrix shares the same fundamental philosophy and we come to the table as subject-matter-experts using innovative strategies aligned with the framework.
Hendrix believes in the importance of community college-industry partnerships. We believe that a key component of a successful workforce development program is a strong relationship between the college and local employers.
