Depending on the degree of involvement you place on your operation personnel towards performing basic maintenance activities in your plant, we tailor this one or two-day class around observation, adjustment, lubrication, and other maintenance practices that may be needed to implement an operator care program. We customize and conduct this class utilizing the same hands-on simulators and similar exercises used in our other skills seminars.

 

We will work with your team to develop the class curriculum to train your personnel on the skills desired, including:

• Basic machine adjustments

• Problems or issue to watch for and react to for proper and reliable operations
